Staff Announcements

-EIIC is pleased to welcome Michelle Murphy, MBA, EMT-P, as the new Project Coordinator for the Prehospital and Hospital domains. Michelle brings to the EIIC a unique blend of prehospital experience and health care management training.

-EIIC is also pleased to welcome Brad Sobolewski, MD, MEd, as Podcast Director within the Knowledge Management Domain. Dr. Sobolewski is an Associate Professor and Assistant Director of the Pediatric Residency Training Program for the Division of Emergency Medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He is particularly well-known as the host of the podcast, “PEM Currents: The Pediatric Emergency Medicine Podcast” and author of PEMBlog.com.

-Wisconsin EMSC would like to welcome Brittany Farrell to the team as a full-time Project Manager. Brittany previously split her time between the EMSC and Asthma initiatives at Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin. Brittany will fully transition onto the EMSC initiative to work with statewide partners to improve pediatric readiness in rural and community hospitals so that all children have the best possible outcomes, regardless of their geographic location.
