The PECC Workforce Development Collaborative hosted learning sessions for participants. These learning sessions provided quality improvement strategies, subject information, bundle-specific content, and breakout sessions (offering opportunities to work in smaller groups focused on specific bundles).

TRAUMA IMPROVEMENT SPRINT
Typically, quality improvement collaboratives extended over 12-18 months. However, an alternative approach was explored through an intensive, two-day event aimed at laying the foundation for a pediatric emergency care coordinator (PECC) or pediatric champion. The event involved a comprehensive review of key drivers and change strategies focusing on the seven pediatric readiness areas.
