Carolina Roberts-Santana provides an overview of Rhode Island’s experience with the 2018-2019 PECC Learning Collaborative and progress made since the end of the Collaborative, to include evaluation of Collaborative work, PECC certification & inclusion in Regulation, continuing education, & mini awards to promote skill-based learning within EMS agencies.
