EMSC to hold first-ever virtual All-Grantee Meeting
- Published May 28, 2021
Emergency Medical Services for Children’s (EMSC) annual All-Grantee Meeting is set for August 31 through September 2. For the first time, the meeting will be held virtually, using a videoconference platform.
The 2021 theme is “Adapting and Forging New Paths,” recognizing the ever-changing pediatric emergency landscape, especially in the wake of COVID-19. The meeting brings together multiple arms of the EMSC: the EMSC Innovation and Improvement Center; the National Emergency Medical Services for Children Data Analysis Resource Center, the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network, the State Partnerships Program, the Family Advisory Network, and Targeted Issues and State Partnership Regionalization of Care grantees.
A steering committee representing individuals across EMSC is currently meeting to identify topics and speakers. Sessions will be a combination of plenary speakers and breakout presentations and workshops. A virtual poster hall and networking lounge will be open throughout the meeting.
Registration will be available in late June or early July. For questions about the meeting, email contact@emscimprovement.center. To find information about the 2019 meeting, visit the archive.
