This survey evaluates physician and APP comfort, confidence, and experience in caring for pediatric patients. It identifies training needs, skill gaps, and opportunities to strengthen Pediatric Readiness. Topics include clinical experience, procedural comfort, family-centered care, and communication. Annual internal administration at emergency departments is recommended to track progress.
