Overview
EMSC Performance Measure (PM) 74 has only been successfully implemented in a few states. No process, outcome, or effectiveness measures exist. Development of consensus-based tools and measures will facilitate efforts of states on this PM. The goal of this project is to conduct a comparative analysis of facility recognition/categorization criteria, related guidelines, and other hospital designation models, i.e. trauma, perinatal.
