- Overview
- Goals (1) monitor and evaluate the California EMSC model in two EMS systems (one urban, one rural) in order to analyze the administrative and program costs of implementing the model; (2) identify political, technological, legal, and financial barriers to implementing the California EMSC model; (3) promote statewide acceptance of the California EMSC model; and (4) revise the California EMSC model and distribute it nationally.
