- Overview
- Goals: Create a viable "continuum" model for emergency medical services for children, to be carried out in local EMS agencies throughout California. This includes community medical operations for children, ranging from injury prevention and prehospital care to ED and critical care, trauma services, and rehabilitation. The model also includes administrative components to coordinate and manage this continuum, including appropriate use of data and prospective planning strategies.
