- PEAK: Suicide - multiple suicide screening resources/assessments and videos discussing suicidal behavior screening. PMHCA teams can use this to educate and develop a screening process with ED providers.
- Behavioral Health Screening Tools, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction - PMHCA teams can use this to set up a consultation line in order to expedite care and ensure proper screening in the ED.
- Suicide: Blueprint for Youth Suicide Prevention, AAP - While designed primarily for school personnel, the toolkit also contains useful guidance for parents and communities. PMHCA teams can use this resource to help prevent suicide risk and how to cope with suicide in the community (aftermath).
