Meet our new State Partnership Program Managers

Wyoming - Scott Logan
Scott Logan, AS, NRP, is the EMSC Program Manager for the Wyoming Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services. Prior to his current role, Scott was the EMS Provider Licensing and Education Coordinator. He began his emergency services career in 1991 as a firefighter and Deputy Sheriff in eastern Tennessee. Prior to his employment with the State of Wyoming, Scott worked in the prehospital arena for 20 years in Wyoming and Colorado and still works as a paramedic in the Denver Metro area.
California – Jennaya Ramirez
Jennaya started working in state EMS 4 years ago while going through college; she graduated in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in child development with a social and community emphasis. Jennaya is excited to merge her professional and educational experience working toward the goal of improving the health and safety of EMS for Children throughout California.
