FAN Feature

Are you looking for a Family Advisory Network (FAN) representative to help you center the family voice in your work?  With the incredible amount of work underway across the EMSC space and with the expansion of EIIC work through the Pediatric Pandemic Network, requests for FANs are growing.  In order to ensure that there is a good match between the FAN and the project needs and requirements, FAN representatives have created a FAN Request Form. This convenient form enables collection of information about project details like meeting times, topics, and workload in one place.  The request form also ensures that FAN members are well represented throughout the EMSC and PPN spaces and evenly across all regions.
