FAN in-person meeting

Dates and a location for our 2022, in-person, Family Advisory Network (FAN) meeting are established. The FAN will be meeting August 24-26, 2022, in St. Louis, MO. In order to get an accurate headcount of who will be able to attend in person and who would be interested in attending virtually, please complete this survey by June 5, 2022. FAN demographic survey and story database

The Advocacy Domain from the Emergency Medical Services for Children Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) will be collecting some information on our FANs to better match projects of interest and account for and understand the variety of identities and experiences of our FANs. In order to complete these surveys, and get some information for our FAN Story Database, Jennifer Talley will be reaching out to each of you via email to schedule a Zoom meeting to go through both of these surveys with you.
