Apply by Oct. 31 for the Scholars & Fellows Programs

The EMSC Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) is accepting applications for the EMSC Scholars and Fellows Programs now through Oct. 31. The programs were launched in 2021 in an effort to grow future leaders within the EMSC space. Learn more about each program below – or watch this one-minute video.

The EMSC Scholars Program

The EMSC Scholars Program is designed to support clinicians and health systems professionals in becoming leaders in the pediatric emergency arena. During the one- to two-year program, scholars work alongside experts in the field to develop and implement a QI, educational, or research project.

The EMSC Fellows Program

The EMSC Fellows Program engages trainees and career professionals in efforts to better understand systems-based strategies for improving pediatric emergency care. Fellows are assigned to one of seven focus areas and invited to serve on national steering committees during the one-year program. Fellows may also participate in or develop a project or initiative.
