Samantha Collins, NREMT, EMT-B, BS
Sam Collins is currently working as an Emergency Department Technician at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Having recently moved to Burlington, she loves working alongside the incredible ED staff to make a difference for the surrounding community. A little bit more about Sam: she majored in Applied Mathematics from Tufts University, and there she gained a reputation for being a frequent patron of the student-run coffee shop, the Sink, an enthusiast for Outdoor Risk Management as Ski Program Director and then Vice President of the Tufts Mountain Club, always up for more lab time as a General Chemistry TA, as well as someone who would frequently dance to and from class listening to classic rock. Finally, she's a self-proclaimed avid outdoorsperson: trail running and skiing, hiking and backpacking whenever she can! Fingers crossed that July will bring her first-ever 100k ultra-race in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont!
