FEATURED RESOURCE

Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio has created a set of medical and psychosocial exit care instructions for children or adolescents with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 who are discharged from the urgent care, emergency room, or hospital for home isolation. Rainbow Babies and Children's has provided these resources in a Word document format so that individual hospitals may download for use with their own logo or formatting.
