Andy the Ambulance is a remote-controlled ambulance and an innovative simulation unit that serves as an effective platform for teaching injury prevention and promoting emergency medical services (EMS) during public events and educational programs. Andy the Ambulance is an excellent opportunity to connect with youth in your community and engage them in injury-prevention education in fun, interactive ways. Andy is great in classrooms, assemblies, mall exhibits, fairs, fire prevention events, EMS open houses, and other settings. The unit is fully animated; it carries on a 2-way conversation, plays music, and activates its lights and siren. Andy offers a positive and friendly learning atmosphere. It can communicate with children at their level, significantly enhancing and exciting all educational programs.
