60 Seconds to Survival - Disaster Triage (Video Game)

This video game - focuses on prehospital triage of pediatric and adult disaster victims.

You are a paramedic responding to a series of multiple casualty incidents that have occurred in your city. Fire personnel are on scene, and you are the first paramedic there.

The incident commander has declared the scene safe. Your role is to perform primary triage. In the game, you will use the combined START/JumpSTART triage tool. The tool will be available to you in the game.

Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Project

The Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Project (PPRP) is an initiative of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Program with support from multidisciplinary organizations. PPRP empowers EMS and fire-rescue agencies to become "Pediatric Ready," or prepared to provide high-quality care for children in accordance with national recommendations.

The Prehospital Pediatric Readiness Project (NPRP) is supported by the EMSC Program through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award (U07MC37471) totaling $2.5M with 0 percent financed with nongovernmental sources.
