After completing the Pediatric Readiness assessment, emergency departments (EDs) receive a gap report summarizing their overall Pediatric Readiness score and responses to scored questions. This sample gap report shows what to expect after submission, including how results are displayed and how the report can be saved or printed for local use. The gap report supports internal review, quality improvement planning, and is accepted for ACS Trauma Center verification requirements. EDs may complete the open assessment and generate updated gap reports as often as needed to track progress over time.
