Simulation in a Box provides portable, ready-to-use simulation resources that enable just-in-time training and on-demand education across clinical settings. These standardized kits include equipment, scenarios, and facilitator guides designed to support skill development, reinforce best practices, and address identified safety or performance gaps. By bringing simulation directly to frontline teams, this approach enhances accessibility, promotes consistency, and supports real-time application of learning to improve patient care outcomes.
