Welcome to the Ohio EMS for Children Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinators (PECCs - also known as Pediatric Champions) webpage! This website offers multiple benefits for Ohio Emergency Departments and EMS (prehospital) agencies that have registered a PECC. Training resources, upcoming events, and contact information for other PECCs are a part of the information available when you register and log in!
In order to access the information on this site, you need to have a PECC named for your hospital or agency and have them registered with Ohio EMS for Children. Registration is easy and can be accessed through the buttons at the bottom of this page.
Register Your Ohio PECC
Ohio hospitals and EMS agencies can click the appropriate link below (Emergency Department or EMS) or contact us to register their PECC. Registering has several benefits, including:
- Helping Ohio EMSC report more accurately on the percentage of hospitals and EMS agencies with a PECC
- Improving communication between PECCs and Ohio EMSC
- Allowing for sharing resources and information between PECCs
Please note that PECC Registration is voluntary.
