The mission of the New Hampshire Emergency Medical Services for Children State Partnership Program (NH EMSC) is to improve pediatric emergency care for children across New Hampshire through education, system development and research.

NH EMSC has worked for over two decades alongside the NH Bureau of EMS, NH hospitals and prehospital EMS agencies in addition to community organizations and stakeholders throughout the Granite State. The NH EMSC program is part of the Geisel School of Medicine/Dartmouth-Health family with administrative offices located in the DHMC Emergency Department.​

NH EMSC is funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The Federal EMSC Program is designed to ensure that all children and adolescents, no matter where they live, attend school, or travel, receive appropriate care in a health emergency. NH EMSC programming works under a federally defined set of performance measures that strike a balance between EMS, hospital, and long-term resourcing of the State for pediatric responses, care, and transport.

NH EMSC also works with the New England EMS for Children collaborative and Always Ready for Children for regional improvements and the NASEMSO Pediatric Emergency Care Council for national improvements.
