Leveling the Playing Field: A Concept of Operations for Pediatric Disaster Education

Based on the findings of the Eastern Great Lakes Pediatric Consortium for Disaster Response Education Team this summary lays out the need for a whole child, whole community and whole population concept of operations that systematically includes children at all levels of disaster education starting at the community level.
