Example: determine what competencies you need to develop....but not one word on HOW to do that, no guidance on WHICH competencies, no recommendations on how to administer such a program. We have the leading experts in the country involved in these projects. I know there is a need for flexibility and ability to meet local needs but there is no reason we shouldn't have some examples of model programs.

We try to have a practitioner give an example of how to actually implement the focus area. I’ll take this back to our team/leadership and see how we can improve here
