00:53:47	RChambers:	We do mandatory written and skills testing twice a year.  One session is on peds topics and skills.  We also require our paramedics to maintain BLS, PALS and PITLS certifications.  We collaborate with our local Children's hospital on sim lab skills scenario CE classes.
