It has been invaluable. It includes MD's, RN's and RT's that present to the same individuals at our hospital. We also hold a competency day that has specific adult and pediatric skills for all disciplines including a Mock Code at the end. Our Peds Readiness score improved from 53% initially to 93% in 2.5yrs. I feel our institution is much more competent to take care of pediatric patients with the improvements/additions that have come from our Sim days/Readiness suggestions. 01:03:13 marc auerbach: Congratulations!!
