Andrei is a maternal and child health epidemiologist at the Louisiana Bureau of Family Health and a Ph.D. candidate in epidemiology at Tulane University. He graduated with a B.S.P.H in biostatistics and mathematics in 2012 and an M.S. in biostatistics in 2014. He has worked as a statistician in the pediatrics field since 2014, with a focus on neonatology and quality improvement.
